The Role

• Support the production and quality assurance of regulatory reporting.
• Assist with management information reporting and data accuracy.
• Coordinate quarterly client reporting and annual tax reporting documentation.
• Provide regulatory and compliance support across Operations teams.
• Keep up to date with financial regulations, including ISAs, pensions and taxation.
• Act as an escalation point for complex queries and technical issues.
• Deliver training and coaching on systems, products and procedures.
• Produce and maintain business requirement documentation.
• Support the development and improvement of operational processes and procedures.
• Carry out periodic quality assurance reviews and audits.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance quality, efficiency and client services

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience in a data analysis role - ideally in the Financial Services sector
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Experience working with wealth and investments would be advantageous
• Comfortable working with data and using Excel to a high standard
• Proactive approach with the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
