The Role:

• Taking full operational responsibility for a busy, warehousing and logistics operation
• Driving operational performance, efficiency and service delivery across all areas of the site
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, productivity and overall site performance
• Monitoring the team using data and insights, taking action where needed to maintain targets
• Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and act as a key point of contact
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

The ideal candidate:

• Strong Logistics and Warehousing background, with knowledge of container and port operations
• Extensive experience in a Senior Operations management role
• Evidence of establishing and maintaining business relationships
• Track record of delivering team KPI’s in a health and safety led environment
