Finance Operations Manager

The Finance Operations Manager role is based in a financial services firm in Liverpool. The team is currently going through a transition, and whilst the successful candidate will have oversight of the Billing team, the role will involve process improvement and automation.

Finance Operations Manager role responsibilities:

• Enforce an effective control environment around the entire billing related processes.
• Analyse large volumes of management information on Excel
• Manage critical issues related to the billing process
• Ensure processes are working efficiently, reviewing and providing improvements where necessary
• Project work
• Follow regulatory procedures
• Manage a small team

Desirable experience:

• Proven experience within Billing/Operations
• Advanced Excel skills
• Process improvement
