The Graduate Events Co-ordinator will be responsible for:

  • Ensure the smooth running of corporate seminars
  • Maintain and update the CRM system
  • Assist with the planning and scheduling of events
  • Liaise with corporate clients
  • Produce high quality formatted written materials for corporate clients, including reports and PowerPoint presentations

Essential Requirements are:

  • Attention to detail
  • Administration experience is ideal, however candidates may be considered with no office based experience
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent communication skills
