About the Role

An excellent opportunity for a ACCA Qualified candidate to join a well recognised firm in Liverpool City Centre, offering Hybrid working.

JOB DUTIES

  • Service Charge Management - Responsible for the delivery of all accounting services within the 12-month financial calendar, including budget setting, year-end management and periodic reporting
  • Production of periodic cash flow reporting
  • Regular meetings with budget holders to ensure that expenditure is tracking to budget or obtaining reasons for major variances
  • Where errors identified, create correcting journals to be posted by client accountant (to be provided monthly)
  • Providing accurate reporting on non-recoverable and Capex spend on an ongoing basis (time to be recharged to GLF for management of NR expenditure)
  • Responsible for the completion of Quarterly and monthly financial reporting in line with timetables
  • ACCA qualification or extensive experience in finance management
