The Role:

• Being the point of escalation for other members of the shipping team
• Delegation of work to colleagues
• Dealing with any complex queries and being the main point of contact for any VIP customers
• General day to day shipping operations
• Reporting to senior management
• Implementing KPI's

The ideal candidate:

• Extensive import/export experience or experience of being a senior team member in a shipping/logistics environment
• Approachable and well respected
• Team player
• Self motivated
