Investment Operations Analyst

Role responsibilities are given below, although direct experience isn't necessary as full training will be provided:

• Monitor the operations email box and log any new notifications to database.
• Ensure the effective closure of client accounts and opening of estate accounts.
• Process internal cash transfers
• Produce accurate valuation packs and distribute to Investment Managers.
• Calculate fees
• Carry out thorough accuracy checks of your own work and colleagues work.
• Carry out processes and procedures within the business area ensuring these meet with regulations

Role requirements:

• High level of accuracy, concentration and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workloads
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
• Effective problem solver, generating practical solutions to complex issues
