An advantage of using temps is their flexibility; you can bring a temporary worker in with little lead time and end the assignment if your need for extra workers subsides. If you’re impressed with the temp’s performance, there is an opportunity to hire them on a permanent basis. We will payroll all temporary workers through our systems calculating holiday and NI contributions whilst adhering to AWR, therefore reducing the strain on your resources.
